Making sure that our clients feel at home is a key part of our ethos at Subfrantic, so we’ve included some comfortable and relaxing spaces with our rehearsal studios, not just a Green Room or kitchen.

Our air-conditioned Green Room provides a large open plan space to sit, chat and relax with others. The kitchen is fitted with a fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice on tap, a dishwasher, a microwave and various options for tea and coffee. We also have a washing machineand tumble drier, three bathrooms, two with shower facilities and one with wheelchair access.

The Green Room also has three 48″ TVs to use how you need, and custom painted artwork by London-based artist and musician Chris Weekes (www.chrisweekesart.co.uk) alongside more prints from other contemporary artists.

Our second lounge is a quieter space designed for a little peace away from the crowd or to have more private discussions or meetings.

Outside we have a garden terrace, complete with two seating areas, a BBQ, and outdoor heaters for when things start to get a little colder. This has festoon lighting in case you want to sit out late.

Our reception space is available to be used however your needs see fit, including use of our 12 square metre LED screen on the ceiling and the four 48″ TVs on the walls. These can be used for branding or signage in the first space your team or clients enter.

Some of our communal spaces feature old or vintage keyboards from our 1990s Technics organ to our selection of harmoniums and pianolas from the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries. These are all available to be played and enjoyed, alongside our Kemble Minx miniature upright.

Creativity only truly flourishes in the right environments. These spaces form a substantial part of what our studios offer, and contribute hugely to the positive experience that rehearsing at Subfrantic is.
