Local Area Information

We’re based in south east London on the borders of Bromley, Croydon, Kent and Sussex – just where things start to get rural.

Both boroughs have a lot to offer in terms of nightlife, restaurants, bars, and hotels, but being in the countryside we’re also very well located for more rural pastimes, and are well served by local country pubs.

We’re a five minute drive from local high streets in Biggin Hill, West Wickham, Coney Hall, and New Addington so we’re well served by Deliveroo and Uber Eats.

You’ll find a lot of World War 2 history in the area too, and occasionally we have Spitfires flying overhead from Biggin Hill airport.
